Grouping or Holding Together–Collective Alliances–Water Over Earth
Teamwork can achieve the impossible. As the old saying points out, there is no “I” in “We.” Every member of the team is an integral part of a whole. All are striving towards a collective goal. No member of the group has the right to branch out on their own without permission of all. All for one and one for all, as the motto of the Three Musketeers goes. The heartbeat of the team is like the fluttering wings of a butterfly working in concert. Winning a competition is not necessarily the goal, but playing the game by the rules for a fair and honest outcome is a matchless endeavor. The agony of defeat bonds the team as much as the thrill of victory. Victory and success are not necessarily relative to your objective, for you must enjoy playing the game. If vicious cutthroat winning overrides a pleasant and well-fought game, then maybe it’s time to get out of the game.
